The recommended way to book a tandem skydive is through the Skydive Swahili online booking platform.
The online booking platform is the fastest and most accurate way to book because it allows customers to:
View available dates.
Select an available time slot.
Enter participant details directly.
Pay the required deposit online.
Receive automatic booking confirmation.
Receive important pre-jump information by email.
Customers may contact Skydive Swahili staff before booking if they have questions about the skydive, eligibility, pricing, location, weather, or any other requirement.
2. Booking Confirmation Rule
A booking is confirmed only after the required deposit has been paid.
No deposit means no confirmed booking.
This rule applies to all tandem skydive bookings.
A booking is not confirmed by:
- Sending a message.
Calling Skydive Swahili.
Asking about availability.
Selecting a date without completing payment.
Filling out a form without paying the deposit.

Families.
Small groups.

Each time slot must be confirmed with a deposit payment.
5. Step-by-Step Online Booking Process
Step 1: Open the Online Booking Platform
Open the booking platform by clicking Book Now on the Skydive Swahili website or by visiting book.skydiveswahili.com.
The main booking page shows the services currently available for online booking.
Step 2: Select the Tandem Skydive Service
Choose Tandem Skydive from the available services.
The tandem skydive page includes information about the service, pricing, and terms.
Step 3: Click Book Now
On the tandem skydive page, click the yellow Book Now button.
A booking window will open with a calendar.
Step 4: Choose Date and Time
Select the preferred date for the skydive.
Then select an available time slot.
Unavailable times cannot be booked through the system.
Step 5: Enter Participant Details
Complete the participant information form.
The form requires details such as:
Full name.
Email address.
Phone number.
ID or passport number.
Age.
Sex.
Height.
Weight.
Each participant’s details must be accurate.
